Terms of service.

By joining Equestrian Lodge Ltd’s subscription service “The Rug Club” you are acknowledging the terms stated. You agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement, including the automatic renewal terms with Equestrian Lodge Ltd, inclusive of the following terms and conditions manually agreed upon willingly.

 

Upon joining 1 months subscription will automatically be deducted (as of Jan 2023) The pricing structure is subject to change at any time. You are agreeing to join the plan 1 month prior to the collection of your rugs.

 Use of service

upon purchasing he/she is adhering to be a client based within our travelling area of Essex. The purchaser must contact us prior to purchase if they are out of our collection catchment area. This programme is for our local clients only- unless under prior agreement

Subscription programme outline;

Client agrees that he/she is purchasing a monthly subscription to the Equestrian Lodge Ltd subscription plan , offering equine laundry services.

 

Payment

 

The client agrees the cost of subscription is payable monthly , in the amounts of;

  • The super 10 £11 a month

  • The deluxe 15 £17 a month

  • The ultra 20 £22 a month

 

Are automatically charged each month

 

Client agrees to pay the outstanding fee for any repairs carried out prior to the return of rugs,failure to pay will result in rugs being held at our premises & you will be liable for storage charges.

 

Any items sent which are not included in the subscription package will be charged at the standard rate, see prices list Jan 2023

 

Should a monthly payment fail , a request for funds will be in place for 3 days from date fee is due. If payment is not made client understands they will be liable to pay for any outstanding value of service they have received billed at the standard price list of Jan 2023. Equestrian Lodge Ltd reserve the right to seek recovery of outstanding debts from an external debt collecting agency.

Repair feature

Should the client wish to select the repair add on feature, they agree to pay a one off fee of £30 at time of joining the programme. This is the total sum of repair credit that can be used over the 12 months. Should a repair task or the total value of repairs exceed £30 the client will be liable to pay for these charges at time of return . Equestrian Lodge Ltd oblige to inform the client when their repair credit has £5 remaining spend. The cost of service (£30) is unable to be refunded should the client not use this feature over the 12 month programme.

 

Cancellation

If Client wishes to cancel his or her membership, Client must do so more than 48 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 48 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge Client’s card, or made subsequent to the charge, will take effect the following month.

 

Refund policy

Equestrian Lodge Ltd are unable to offer or provide refunds for any service/product. Should the client feel dissatisfied they can elect to cancel by emailing CANCELLATION to admin@equestrianlodgeltd.co.uk

 

This subscription can not be exchanged for any other service provided by Equestrian Lodge Ltd
