I only have 5 rugs but I want to join the Super 10 plan, can I send the same rugs in twice?

Absolutely, the plan goes by the number of washes to be used over the course of 12 months so you can send the same rug over and over until you have used all your washes as per your plan.

My horse wears 7ft 3 rugs does that matter?

Absolutely not the plan accommodates any size, type or weight of rug!

Does it include reproofing?

Yes reproofing is included on all plans

How do I sign up?

Select the plan you would like to be on here & then follow the on screen instructions entering payment details. You will receive an email from us welcoming you to the club

Does it include combo rugs?

Yes it includes combo rugs or standard neck rugs

Are there any other discounts included?

As a member of The Rug Club you are entitled to 10% off repair prices & you will also be given your own code entitling you to 20% off all storage products and arena hire

 

Can I sign up if you have already collected my rugs?

No, as per the t&cs you must sign up prior to arranging a collection & pay your first monthly subscription price.

What happens if I cancel?

You will be invoiced for any services you have received at the full price as per price list , if you fail to settle your outstanding invoice we will seek advice from an external debt collecting agency.

I haven’t used all my washes this year can I be refunded?

Unfortunately not , no services available on The Rug Club are refundable.

I have the £30 repair bundle but ive used all the credit on it, what do I do?

All further repairs carried out will be entitled to a 10% discount
