Equestrianism is inherently dangerous & the hiring of facilities at Equestrian Lodge Ltd, Foxleighs , Foxhall Road Southminster, Essex, CM0 7LB is entirely at your own risk.

When hiring at Equestrian Lodge Ltd you are agreeing to the following terms;

1.Hirers must be covered by the relevant insurance for themselves & horses. We recommend BHS Gold membership . 

2.A copy of vaccination status must be shown upon arrival prior to unloading your horse this must conform to the current guidance.. 

3Equestrian .Lodge Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person's property whatsoever. 

4.Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times

5.No entry to the main barn unless permission is granted by a member of staff.

6.Hirers are responsible for the removal of any droppings & litter using the bins provided .

7.Absdolutely no lunging under any circumstances is to be carried out in the outdoor arena.

8.Any damage to showjumps is to be reported & will be charged for replacement fees

9.All riders must wear a hat that conforms to current British Standard EN 1384 or PAS 015, with a correctly fitted chin strap must be worn at all times whilst mounted, and is advised at all other times whilst handling horses.

10.The arena must be left in the state it was found

11.Photography , At times we may take photographs for the purpose of marketing on social media platforms. 

12.All instructors must provide their own insurance , first aid  & child protection certificate. 

13.Any party caught trespassing in forbidden areas will be immediately asked to leave
